You will receive a detailed, transparent proposal outlining the full scope of works and construction cost, so you know exactly what’s included.

Before moving forward, we sit down with you to review all details, ensuring everything is clearly understood and aligned.

All pre-construction services are formalised through a Pre-Construction Agreement, with building contracts issued using standard MBAWA documentation to ensure clarity and structure for both parties.

At the end of this process:
✔ You retain full ownership of your design documents
✔ You have a clear and detailed understanding of your project cost
✔ You are under no obligation to proceed with Praxis Build for construction
